All products purchased are custom manufactured at time of order (we do not pull them off the shelves and ship them) and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at the time of order placement. isymbolz will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. isymbolz.com's quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment.
